I work with product teams on AI product strategy: what to test, how to interpret the evidence, and what to do next.
We’re an AI-native team ourselves. I build the infrastructure we use every day: shared context, AI tools, and workflows for product reviews and decisions.

JetBrains Academy
I grew JetBrains Academy from a small EduTools plugin project into a department focused on programming education. Since January 2026, I’ve continued as a strategy advisor.
JetBrains AcademyDeveloper tools & machine learning
My background is in microelectronics and software engineering. At JetBrains, I worked on PyCharm, EduTools, TechLab, and DataSpell. I also taught Python and machine learning and supervised student projects at the Computer Science Center and Academic University.
Experiments
Left to my own devices, I usually end up building something. A maze solver for a museum, an R plugin for IntelliJ, a robot that draws with a felt-tip pen.

Mountains
I climb and go mountaineering. I co-founded the Polytekhnik Mountaineering Club in 2006 and helped it grow to around 2,000 members. From 2008 to 2022, I served on its board and coached climbers.
